We have a small in-house tool room to look after our day to day maintenance and also for making moulds. Rajkot is quite well known for its ancillary industries, providing all kinds of machining facilities, viz. wire cutting, CNC, EDM, CNC milling, CNC lathes, surface grinders, internal grinders, etc. They provide excellent accuracy at the cheapest rates in the Asian region, which helps us a lot in developing our dies and tools.

We procure our raw material rubber compounds from two of the leading compound suppliers in India. We check all necessary specifications of the compounds at our end on receiving the same. Manufacturing process is being closely monitored at various stages to avoid any rejection during the process. Finishing, measuring and testing of the end product is done on different instruments to match with the required specification. As for example. oil seals and checked for the follow parameters:

Manufacturing Process (COMPRESSION MOLDING METHOD): We extrude rubber strips, cords and tubes as per the requirement from the compound and the same is than being fed into the moulds. The compression moulding method is being followed for producing the articles.
